One of Savannah's favorite things to do is watch Barney Goes to the Zoo. She tries to watch it atleast once a day. She knows most of the animals along with their sounds. With the weather finally nice, I thought today would be a great day to go to the zoo. We dropped the big kids off at school and then hurried to Salt Lake. We got there just after the zoo opened. It was so nice because there were very few people there. We made our way to the elephants first. Savannah's face just lit up when she realized they were real. We got to see so many baby animals. There was a new elephant, giraffe, tiger cubs, some monkeys, a snow leopard. We were able to make the rounds pretty quickly and then went around again. By noon we were done, so Savannah and I got some lunch, visited my Grandparents, and got home before the storm hit. It was a super fun day for me to spend with Savannah.
