Kaysville, 4th of July parade
Meg and A. before the parade
Last summer for the 4th of July our family went to watch the Kaysville, Utah parade. Meg was excited to watch her friend A. do her tumbling routine in the parade. Meg signed up for her first season of tumbling in the Fall. She was very nervous at first, and wasn't very confident in herself. But she has practiced a lot, even signing up for 2 days a week this summer. All of her hard work has paid off. She mastered her cartwheels, round-off, back handspring, and even her Aeriel and whip.
Today with A. by her side, Meg was able to be in the parade. Their float had a giant trampoline with a net around it. The girls did their tumbling routines high above the street. Meg looked so grown up and confident. We were very proud of her.
